Spring break is here—that magical week where the only assignment is… to not have any assignments!

As we all know, Global Village Day (GVD), a beloved tradition within the ISA community, was celebrated on Wednesday of this week.

Since the announcement of the phone ban late last year, the general response has been quite negative. However, we also wanted to explore what this rule looks like in other schools. To gain insight into this inquiry, I have conducted an interview with Spinoza Lyceum student, Lou van Leeuwen.

Winter break has just flown by! We’re back at school already—those three weeks together felt like just one. One moment we were sleeping in, celebrating the holidays, and spending time with family, and the next we were setting alarms and packing our bags again.

On the 29th and 30th of April grade 11 students had the opportunity to visit the STRAAT Museum in NDSM-Plein 1, diving into the bold world of graffiti and street art.

This year’s Duke of Edinburgh’s Gold Award trip took an unexpected turn as students ventured to Mallorca for an eight-day expedition.
